As we reviewed our home Tanya made recommendations for furniture and decoration placement that (it must have helped) added to the presentation of our home. Tanya did everything she said she would and then some. After all, we did sell our home for more than we were asking. Tanya and her team were available when we needed information or clarification on any matters that came up along our journey. You should know that our last experience with realtors was not very pleasant and we had very bad feeling from that experience. Thus we had high skepticism and doubts about dealing with realtors. Tanya and crew relieved much of that apprehension. You have a great bunch in that team— give them a raise. Sorry to see Cody go, his demeanor and personality seemed so right for the job.
