Tanya Callaway sold my house in 4 weeks for FULL asking price!! We call Tanya to list our home. She was there the same day with comps from the surrounding area. When I suggested a sell price she said "that's too low we can get more"! Let me tell you I have worked with realtors before and they never want to raise the price! Usually they lower your ask.
