Tanya Bates

Very professional. Excellent service. Detailed oriented. Great sense of urgency. Pleasure to work with. Respond every question or concerns. Highly recommended.

Tanya is an amazing realtor! Her knowledge of the area and market helped us in our decision. She was also very knowledgeable on benefits for Veterans and the VA loan process. Tanya was patient and available for us throughout the entire process. Our deal was at the funding part and because of an error not in our end we almost had to wait one more day, but because of Tanya's organization and thoroughness she was able to provide the paper that was missing and everything was funded right then and there. Having Tanya as your realtor is the only way to buy or sell a house!
