He did networking with other agents and had my house sold before it was in the MLS. In fact there was two buyers and when the first one was in escrow the other one was waiting in case it fell out. He communicated to me, small items he felt needed to be fixed so I could receive top dollar for my property. He as well as his friend completed the repairs at no cost to me. I did receive top dollar for my property and I give the credit to Tanner. If I wanted to sell another property Tanner would be my agent. He was a pleasure to work with.
