We couldn’t have chosen a better realtor than Tanner for the sale of our home. He was communicative, knowledgable, and professional throughout the entire process. From listing to closing, Tanner did a great job of helping us navigate each step. We highly recommend Tanner for anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

We had the pleasure of working with Tanner Greenwell for the past two years. Tanner went above and beyond for us EVERY single time!!! He answered us at all hours of the day and would do anything to get us the answers we needed. We toured endless houses and crunches many numbers. We finally found the one and wouldn’t have done that without him! His patience and loyalty to us is something we are so grateful for. He turned from a relator to a friend! We will absolutely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone!!!

Tanner was amazing during the process of purchasing our dream home. He is very timely in his responses and was always available anytime I needed to ask him a question. Very professional and hard working, and willing to get deals done quick. We were closing on our new home 10 days after our offer was accepted and I know without tanners hard working ethic that would not have been possible.

Tanner Greenwell provided outstanding service as my realtor, selling my old home at the best price while making the process as painless as possible. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Tanner was patient, thorough, and explained everything for us so we understood the process. He helped us sell our current house and buy our new one. He helped make it an easy, fun journey and I will recommend him to everyone.

Thanks Tanner Greenwell - Realtor! You’re the best! I’ll add that Tanner showed us the home we ended up buying on the first day we called him ready, then had our home on the market in less than 3 days after calling him, had it scheduled for a showing 1 hour after listing it, and it was SOLD 45 mins after that first showing with a strong offer. Answered question correctly outside of his field because he has previous experience in many areas of home buying. Put us in the hands of Trustworthy people we needed, for other areas, to finish the process like a Mortgage lenders and reputable, proven, & efficient home inspection pros. Peace of mind and a personable feel goes a long way for folks these days. We’ve had Tanners Realtor guidance in 5 different process. Always the best experience.
