We were referred to Tanner through Zillow. At the time we lived out of state. Tanner was available to us at any time that we had questions or inquiries. He explained the processes succinctly and clearly, repeatedly if we asked. When we expressed interest in our property he took the time to drive over to it, take a video of the property with commentary and email it to us. When we decided on a whim to go see the property, Tanner made himself available to us and spent as much time as we needed at the property.
