Working with Tanner was a top-shelf experience from start to finish. Tanner is knowledgeable about the market and helped determine the best listing timing, rollout, and price. As we watched multiple homes linger on the market, we closed escrow 44 days after listing in a tight market. We believe this is largely a result of good timing and pricing. In addition to having the savviness to market property well, Tanner is able to easily answer and explain any questions. He is also quick to respond to messages, treats you like a valued client, and is remarkably calm - great traits for an impatient buyer/seller like me who sometimes believes escrows are emotional torture. I would highly recommend Tanner if you are planning on buying or selling.

We learned about Tanner Brown from a friend of his that worked with a friend of ours in Burbank. We were in need of getting our property sold in Pine Mountain, CA and were told Tanner was the agent for us. After a 2-hour meeting with Tanner, which included a showing of the property and a discussion of the unique structures we had designed into the cabin, we were sold on Tanner. We quickly signed a contract and within two weeks we started to see the cabin get cleaned up, we had a pest inspection and photos and videos were taken. Within a month a listing appeared that incorporated the photos along with a very professionally done video that included a professionally edited, 2-minute video that stared Tanner. In the video he walked around the property showing off all of the architectural structures and designs that were created to make the property unique. Tanner's video and online 3D presentation of the property definitely succeeded in attracting the ideal buyer for the property. From the day we signed the contract to the day the escrow closed less than two months had passed. I truly believe the property would not have sold had we not been introduced to Tanner Smith.
