Tanisha helped the reviewer buy this property

Kind, patient, and professional real estate expert

Tanisha was referred to us by another real estate agent. Tanisha worked with us for nearly a year, showing us probably close to a hundred homes (we lost count), and showed up with a smile and a positive attitude every single time. Even when our level of energy and enthusiasm waxed and waned, she remained optimistic. Even when our needs and wants changed over the course of time she remained flexible. Even when our commitment to buying a home fluctuated due to various challenges and obstacles, she remained steadfast. We went under contract twice on one home and then chose to walk away - she showed up to the next showing ready to start afresh. As first time homebuyers, Tanisha's expertise gave us peace of mind. Tanisha is the consummate professional who loves her job, loves her clients, and advocates fiercely for them. I would recommend Tanisha wholeheartedly to anyone seeking a patient, professional, empathetic real estate agent on their side.
