The whole process was smooth and quick. No surprises and he kept me in the loop all along the way. He sold my house 2 years ago and it was an awesome experience. This is why I chose him again.

We bought our first home in April and Tanis made the whole process much easier than we had originally expected. He took the time to sit down with us and explain everything we were signing line by line and answered all of our questions with enthusiasm. When it comes time to sell we’ll definitely be contacting him again.

Tanis and Rietta were great people to work with. Anytime we had a question, it was answered quickly. They are very knowledgeable about what they do and really make sure you understand the process. They helped us both sell and buy a house at the same time. We were nervous, but Tanis was great and kept everything organized and made the process easy for us.
