We found Tania Fletcher after we had bad experience with another realtor who was pushing us to by a condo for higher price and who recommended waive our contingencies. So after that we were very cautious and suspicious). But from the start we felt like we can trust Tania. She never pushed us into making rush decisions. But at the same time we at the time crunch because we were expecting a baby and wanted to buy a place before baby arrived. Tania worked really hard to find us a place that we liked and can afford, what wasn't easy. Unfortunately our escrow fell thru, there were some problems with HOA. Baby was just born and it was super hard to look for houses with new born (we don't have family here to help). We looked for a while, made a couple offers, it didn't work out and we we so frustrated and tired to look, so we gave up, and started to look for rentals (that wasn't easy either). But Tania didn't not gave up yet and we are so glad. Soon she contacted us one of the places we liked we're on the market again and we went for it and had a quick Escrow. We are so happy with our new home!! Tania was so patient and supportive thought the whole process. We knew she was looking for our best interest and tried to make us happy what she did.
