High attention to details, she is patient and hard working, and advocated on behalf of me (her client) behind the scenes during the purchase process. She clearly explains each step of the process, and makes the process transparent. I had previously worked with several other realtors who gave me the run-around, and never got back to me on my housing inquiries. The apartment I ended up purchasing was my first choice for apartments. Encarnacion is very patient and is very approachable. The process of my home buying was very nerve wrecking and she was there to support me every step of the way.
