We were so fortunate to of had Tania as our realtor during our first home buying experienced. She was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Tania was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who our Realtor will be! We gained not only a realtor but a friend, we cannot thank Tania enough for EVERYTHING she has done for us!
