Tania was amazing in all aspects. She helped me make the house look great, handled the pictures and postings, was great at negotiating, and really seemed to be 100% aligned with us. Initially I was looking at large real estate websites which would buy my house and/or list my house. I almost went with them, but I am glad I didn't. Tania informed me what she thought we could sell it for, which was over 10% more than the websites were offering. The house sold for exactly what she said. I will hire Tania again next time I have to buy or sell a house. I cannot stress how easy the process was for me and how valuable having an experienced real estate agent is.
