Highly recommend you call Tammy Young when you're looking for a seller's agent (especially if you live in Central Austin) to at least hear what she does. We know a whole lot of realtors, but she's the only one I was confident could sell our house in the heat of summer - and she did, in just a few weeks. I completely trusted her, and everything went smoothly through the closing. You won't be disappointed.
