Tammy Will

Tammy is a true professional. She helped us find the perfect home in the Milford school district in the neighborhood that we were wanting to move to. She was thorough when helping us negotiate with the seller, as well as while we were completing the closing documents, all in a timely manner.

Tammy Will did a fantastic job at finding us a house. She pressured and pursued with the exact amount of effort we wanted and were willing to exert ourselves.

I've worked with Tammy during the purchase of my last 3 properties--my current home, and two rentals. Tammy also helped me to sell my last rental. Tammy is a very upbeat person who is a pleasure to do business with. She's always been quick to respond to all of my questions and requests. When I send her a text or an email, I never have to wait long for a response! She also has a wealth of information about the local market, and if I need a contact for a home inspector, lender, or anyone else to help me through the buying process, she always gives several good suggestions. I can't recommend Tammy highly enough!

Oh my god, where can I even begin? Tammy was referred to me by a friend of mine, and so I contacted her. The house buying process has been a confusing one for me up to the point that I finally met Tammy. She explained everything very clearly and in simple terms, and walked us through everything. She was able to hook me up with great people that all through the process made things very clear and stress free. I would recommend her a million times over to anyone and everyone. She has been so patient and kind, and honest. I don't think we could have done this without her. Her schedule is flexible and she is willing to work with any situation you throw at her, she's definitely a problem solver and very motivated. If I ever want to sell or buy again, I will be going back to her.
