Tammy was incredible throughout the whole process of selling the house on Piney Hill Rd. She stayed in constant communication with me and the buyer and was extremely helpful in making sure the property was ready to sell. Tammy is amazing. We were first-time home buyers so had A LOT of questions going into the home-buying process. Tammy eased our nerves and was always happy to answer our questions. She sent consistent updates on the status of the home (since it was a new build) and also advocated for the builder to include a Guardian security panel in the home. There were a couple of hiccups with the new build such as a manufacturer no longer selling the color island we requested, but Tammy went above and beyond to refer us to a contractor that came to the home soon after we closed and did an amazing job painting our island (and he did so at a lower price). Overall, Tammy was a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend her to help you buy or sell your home!

Since the first time meeting her during open house and even after closing on our first house, Tammy has been right there with us throughout it all. Always a prompt response, excellent communication, and a "Don't worry, I got you covered" attitude. She was steps ahead of us on several occasions, letting us know about options, packages, and house features that we didn't even think about. Tammy was always kind and respectful throughout the entire process. She even went out of her way a few times to make sure that we were satisfied with everything!

Tammy is an excellent realtor always looking out for our best interest. A good example was when the driveway pavers were only going to install a single car driveway. She instructed them to put in a double car driveway even when the pavers told her that they were only going by the plan. Apparently there was some hair pulling and throwing of tape measures but we ended up with a two car driveway. Tammy has been our advocate with the builder and it is really appreciated.

We bought a new built house and Tammy made sure that all of our requirements were met, negotiated the price and saved us money in a long run. She was at the construction site daily making sure everything was being done to our satisfaction. After moving in, she still checks in (months later) to make sure that we are all good. Tammy goes above and beyond for her clients. She puts her heart into her job, it is not just a business transaction with Tammy. When we are ready, we will hire her to invest in rental properties for us. She will tell us what's best for us and we trust her.
