I'm sure we scared Tammy at our first meeting. We're (older) first-time homebuyers with specific criteria that narrowed down our home search to a very small area of Plano. We expected a long search period but closed on the first house we made an offer on within four months of meeting Tammy. She was patient with our constant questions, seemed to be working 24/7 for us, and was extremely organized. We feel so fortunate to have had Tammy Tallent as our realtor!

I have nothing to say but good things about Tammy. I was moving from California to McKinney TX and did not have a lot of knowledge of the area. I found Tammy and she was very responsive. She would return my emails and texts promptly. There was a specific house I was interested in, so I made a quick trip to McKinney. Tammy did an excellent job of researching the house but also had a list of different houses in different areas for me to look at. Tammy took extra time to spend a couple days looking at different houses and areas around McKinney. By the time I went back to California, I had put offers on two houses. My offer was accepted at one and we just closed on December 4th. During the closing process, Tammy and the Title Company kept in constant contact. She gave us very valuable suggestions and worked with us a plan to make the transition execute smoothly. She cared what we concerned, and did her best to resolve issues we had in the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about Tammy Tallent! As first time home owners, Tammy took us under her wing and treated us as her own kids. She was patient with us as it took close to 4 months to find our dream home in the Plano area. We spent just about every evening and almost all day on weekends with Tammy and really began to establish a relationship with her. She does not pass her own judgment on homes and provides the facts, which was most important to us as first time home owners. She walked us through the process and explained each step and what all the terminology meant. She did not push her agenda and really listened to what we were wanting in a home. She provided education on what to look for, what not to look for, and what good resale value looks like. She was quick to get appointments scheduled, especially when it was on the fly and worked around my wife's and my busy abnormal schedule. She puts her clients first and is a work horse! When closing time came, it was emotional for my wife and for Tammy as we established a real friendship and were sad to not be spending our evenings with her anymore. Tammy was ever so kind to come to our housewarming party and it was such a delight to see her again. Tammy is top notch and knows what she is doing! As long as we are in the Dallas area, we will ALWAYS use Tammy. You will not go wrong by choosing her because she will not disappoint! DON'T THINK TWICE, SAY YES TO TAMMY!! Tammy was great to work with. To be honest I searched on yelp & reached out to several agents. Tammy responded quickly & followed up immediately. Tammy worked to quickly get our house on the market, offering her expert opinion for staging & pictures. Our house sold in a few days & I honestly believe this was due to Tammy's direction.
