Tammy has the patience of a Saint and tenacity of a bulldog. She worked with us for years..yes ..years... to find our KY unicorn dream property. We went through stolen wood stoves, survey issues, contract too late or not enough. One issue after another. It was crazy. She didn't give up though. We wanted land close to nature but not too far from a grocery store. Neighbors can't be seen and are quiet. We're thrilled with our property and can't wait for renovations to be done. Tammy worked hard and diligently for us. She was sent out to crazy places to check out for us. We would recommend her to anyone. She is easy to work with and honest. She is the best!
