Tammy came fully prepared on our first meeting with neighborhood comps, ideas for staging, and a well thought out plan to sell our house efficiently and at the top end of a fair market value. As first time home sellers we had MANY questions and she was always quick to respond and help out. We even had an urgent issue pop up during the contracting period where she answered at 9pm to talk us through what we could do. I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs!
