To summarize briefly, Tammy made the whole process very easy and with minimum worries from the beginning to the end. Soon after the first phone call, we had set up a meeting at the house where Tammy gave us simple and effective advice on how to prepare the house for sale, as well as reviewing the local comps. She came very well prepared with estimates on the price, closing costs, etc. She went over the entire process with us from Day 1 to closing on what to expect. During the process, she always stayed in touch to check in with progress, and if there was any question or concern, she always made herself available. Tammy is very personable and gave us her advice without being to pushy. We felt that the progress of the house went at a good pace, and her schedule for listing was timed well.
