We were very impressed with Tammy's presentation and market knowledge when we listed with her. Also the photography of our home was stunning. However the true test of a realtor is how they navigate through the selling process rather than just listing and marketing. When we had questions/concerns, Tammy was very responsive and quick to clear up those questions/concerns. What I appreciate most is Tammy was always receptive to our feedback and quickly took action to resolve issues. She was also very helpful in level setting our expectations, especially during this purchase and re-fi season.
