Whenever I had questions, she always made time to thoroughly explain information regarding the contract, negotiations or how the closing was handled. She was very detailed and took all the notes for my walk-throughs and followed up with the agent/builder to ensure everything was being addressed. She was also knowledgeable of the areas where I was looking and I did not feel pressured in any way on making decisions. My wife and I began our move to Charlotte, NC last March. She rented an apartment while I stayed in Pittsburgh to wrap things up. We began looking for our own dwelling a few months later. We finally decided to buy a condo to make life simpler. My wife and Tammy launched a one day marathon search within Charlotte limits. Tammy's organizational skills turned what could have been an ordeal into a pleasant outing. It turned out that the ninth condo they inspected turned out to be just the one we fell in love with. During our settlement her review of all existing documents was extraordinary. A realtor is not a lawyer but I almost felt as though I had two excellent lawyers safeguarding our financial security. We are now ready to begin the pleasant process of moving into our new home. I give Tammy a five star rating and would add an angel if there were an icon for one.
