Tammy helped the reviewer sell this property

Pragmatic advocate, kept us grounded in reality

We really appreciated Tammy’s direct communication style and authentic demeanor. She was pragmatic in finding solutions and bridging differences, and efficient with our time which was not plentiful. Through the sale she was an advocate and played her role confidently, without shying away from difficult messaging. She definitely does not mess around. We felt highly confident she could help us see around corners as the transaction unfolded and ultimately we had a great outcome that satisfied all the parties. Would definitely hire her again for future needs and recommend her actively to others.
