Excellent!!

We are forever grateful for Tammy's expertise, guidance, and support during a particularly challenging new build process! We were first time homebuyers moving from out of state and from the beginning stages of selecting a community/town Tammy was there to answer ALL questions and offer advice. She truly guided us in finding an amazing first home for our young family. She went out of her way to advocate on our behalf with the builder and attend all meetings (structural, pre-drywall, new home orientation, etc.) and it is because of her that our process had such a happy ending. Her communication is excellent, she was always available, and even after the closing of our home she followed up to make sure that we knew about other important pieces of information pertinent to our home. She shows attention to detail and knowledge of the local housing market. We don't only love her because of how she represented us as a realtor, but also because she is such a warm, friendly, caring person that you can't help but grow to adore. It was such a pleasure working with Tammy and we can't recommend her enough!
