As soon as we got in touch with Tammy, we knew that we were in good hands and that it was going to be a great experience. She sent us a great number of leads on potential properties and also followed up on every lead that my wife found as well. I'm sure that Tammy put thousands of miles on her car in all the times she came all the way to Marshalltown from her home. I can't remember how many different houses she showed us -- I would guess between 12 and 15, and in all that time she remained happy, positive and understanding. If at any time we became discouraged Tammy encouraged us to be positive and she never let us down. She listened to us and understood what we were looking for, and she was very accommodating in finding us good possibilities and good prospects. And in the end when we found the home we were looking for we were ecstatic, and she seemed as happy as we were. Tammy was not only our realtor, but through the process became our friend and in terms of finding our new home, she was our Champion! We would highly and enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new home.
