I called and spoke with Tammy about selling some property I had inherited along with other family members. Tammy was very knowledgeable about the area surrounding the property and immediately got to work with local contacts in selling the property. Because of her local knowledge and contacts in the area she was able to bring a buyer into the conversation within hours. We discussed how to price the property and based on her experience price the property to the buyer. It was only a matter of a couple of days we had a buyer for the property. Tammy was very professional yet very pleasant to work with on the phone. We did not meet until the day of the closing, it was a great experience in meeting and working with her at the closing as well. Tammy is a great real estate agent to work with, very pleasant yet professional, down to earth yet knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to any family member or friends that have a need for an exceptional agent. You cannot go wrong when bring Tammy into your real estate purchase or selling. She does seem to like working her home area best of all, many thanks to Tammy for helping us so quickly and getting us to closing. I would give her a six star rating if it were there!!!

Tammy was very patient as we worked through the long process of sorting out the details of the sale of my grandmother's estate while still maintaining my brother's life estate in one of the properties.
