If you are in need of an agent in the Sparta TN area Tammy is the person for the job! Ours was a difficult sale/ purchase and the process took 2 months with many bumps in the road. Tammy was professional, calm, and knew just what to do when each problem arose. She kept us informed on the sale/purchase in a timely matter. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the selling and purchasing aspects and has personal relationships with the other people you will need to contact during your transition. She is the only agent i would recommend and have plans on having her sell my mothers home in the near future. I give Tammy 10 stars! s
