As a first time home buyer, starting the process was very intimidating and scary. I had no idea where to even begin after getting pre-approved and started asking around to my friends who owned their homes if they had a realtor they suggested. Thankfully, a friend of mine referred me to Tammy. I spoke with her over the phone and knew immediately she would help me find the perfect home. One thing that always scared me with working with realtors was that you never know if they genuinely care about finding the perfect home for the buyer, or just finding a home that will just get them money in their pockets. With Tammy, that was not the case. She was very knowledgeable of all the areas I was looking at, took into account what I wanted in a home and what I didn't care for, and even taught me about some things I would have never even known to look for. Anytime I had a question, silly or not, Tammy was there to answer them right away. She was there with me through every step of the way!
