Have used her company for several years as my rental agency. She was always helpful and competent.
Decided to sell my rental after tenant moved out. She was extremely involved in getting the house repaired and market ready. It was a complex situation and required several contractors to get the job done. She stuck with it and went beyond what would be considered “normal “ actions. I got a price above the listed price. A job well done!! I would recommend Tammy to the anyone looking for “excellence”in RE management .
