Tammy was able to find a buyer within two days of listing and for slightly more than asking price. In addition, she had previously helped me buy the same house 6 years earlier and I didn't bother looking for anyone else to assist in the sale. Everything went smoothly even though I had already relocated and wasn't present at closing. I definetly would recommend her and her team to anyone needing to buy or sell property.
