We weren't even looking for a home, and stumbled into the market, only to compare pricing to a house our family member was flipping for sale. In finding out we were unable to receive a loan amount we felt was necessary to keep us in near our families and grow in, we became slightly discouraged. However, was quickly restored in our faith to find not just a starter home, but a true future home for our growing family with the search skills and rapid communication by Tammy and Tori. They were absolutely great in answering all our questions and keeping a refreshing taste of honesty, as we explored some questionable homes, absolutely not right for our family, before finding our home. We were able to set a game plan before entering our first offer in a battle against 15 other offers, and with her guidance and our amazing team we were able to actually win with our offer and close on our home, on my birthday no less.
