Why did I the seller have to call LoanCare 5 times to have them release the buy out. Not my job The Agents Job. They told me that LoanCare has issues. Should have taken care of that problem sooner than two days before closing,why again was I involved . Not Happy. Did not even have the correct closing amount.

Tammy is not only an amazing realtor, but more important an amazing person. She helped us sell our home very quickly during a difficult time. She completely took the stress out of the entire situation. She makes things happen, whatever needs to be done she gets is done. Tammy has a great value to anyone looking for a new home. I am a veteran and she went out of her way to search and then show us houses we would be interested in. Tammy has an assistant in her office on Minton road her name is Brenda and she went out of her way to assist me in getting paperwork together and kept us updated on everything Step by Step and we managed to get everything done in time for the scheduled closing date thanks to Waterman Real Estate and their wonderful Staff to which I would definitely give them a 10. Tammy Nelson is a very up to date and well informed on the Real Estate Market in Brevard County that we were interested in we looked at many houses and settled on one that so far we are happy with. Tammy helped us through the closing process and helped us out with such True Profesionalism and she also went above and beyond to make sure closing was as smooth as possible and she never stopped working until everything was taken care of. The AC went out like 2 days before closing and she worked out a deal abd a brand new AC was installed the day of closing and the Sellers picked up 50 percent of the new one and we were allowed to pay installments now we have a new AC good for 10 year warranty thanks to Tammy We didn't close on a Home with no AC. SO Bottom line is that Tammy Nelson of Waterman Real Estate and her staff helped us from day 1 all the way up to Closing and still checks in to see how things are going. I give her 5 stars because she deserves them and I was kept up to date every step of the way. Tammy is one of the best Realtors you could ask for to help you step by step beginning to end till you close on the House and handed your Keys. I would put Tammy at the Top of the Realtors to see about buying a house anywhere in Brevard County and parts of Indian River County so talk to Tammy Nelson of Waterman Real Estate and you wont be steered in the wrong direction and I thank Tammy Nelson foe her Profesionalism and a Job WELL DONE.

I have so many wonderful words to say about Tammy, she is everything I prayed for when it became time to look for a home for My Dad and Family. She is Amazing in my eyes and a warrior. ⚓😇
