Great Experience with Tammy Miller as our agent!

We had a great experience with Tammy Miller as our Realtor. She came recommended by a family member and she did not disappoint. This home was one that had been lived in by my in-laws. We live in another state, so having a reliable person on the ground was crucial for us after their passing. At our first meeting, she came prepared with comps from the area and was very knowledgeable in guiding us with listing properly. She had a photographer over within a couple of days to get the photos for the listing and had it on the website the day afterward. While it took some time, due to some offers falling through (one person was deployed overseas for example), Tammy was persistent and was quick to get the home relisted. She also assisted with getting some repairs completed after inspection in a timely manner that did not disrupt the timeline to closing. Tammy went above and beyond, and we appreciate her so much for her professionalism and can do attitude! You can't go wrong with Tammy working for you!
