The real estate market is saturated with real estate agents - It was important to my husband and I to find an agent that was knowledgeable, professional, communicative, genuine, and ethical. Tammy was all of those qualities and more! What we appreciated about Tammy the most was that she never once, tried to pressure us in any way, shape or form to make a quick deal. With the crazy Bay Area market and being first time home buyers, there is a lot of information to sift through & pressure associated with it. Tammy allowed us to take our time, provide us with all the information at hand, so that we could make an informed decision that was best for us and our situation. In our experience, there was never a cookie cutter solution when it came to the perfect offer, and Tammy helped us navigate all the complicated & unique nuances that came with it and helped us overcome obstacles that we came across with such grace.
