If you want an amazing realtor go with Tammy! She came recommended through a friend that had previously been a client, and she surpassed my expectations. As a first-time homebuyer I had no clue about half the things that came up. She was patient and very knowledgeable taking the time to answer my questions - day or night. She gave advice and was always professional with a positive attitude. It won't be for a while but as soon as I'm in the market again, I'll be calling Tammy.

Tammy was always will to make what was about an hour drive for her to see houses with us. She kept us updated on changes to houses as well as informed about any possible hidden fees/surprise fees that may come along for instance many of the houses we wanted to see likely ended up having flood insurance which can be expensive. She was very helpful in answering our many questions being first time home buyers and if she did not know an answer herself she found out for us. Tammy is very friendly, professional and fun to buy a house with and would definitely recommend her!
