Patience with us- Selling our house

Tammy worked with us as we went through putting offers on several houses. Always patient and professional. We finally decided we were going to move out of state and build a house and Tammy helped us with selling our house. She did a great job of putting together a book that had all the information the buyer had access to explaining any questions they may have. We put our home on the market on a Friday and by Sunday we had 3 offers well above asking price. Tammy was available to help with the details that made the sale go smooothly. There just weren't any gliches.
