I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience with Tammy Macdougall. I had been looking to buy a home for about three years. Tammy was the third realtor I had used. My initial decision to go with her was based on sensing she was someone who cared and could get the job done. She was aggressive in sending me listings and letting me know what to expect in the market. She consistently kept contact and was always willing to show me houses during the evenings and weekends. She protected me from bad deals and from settling on a home I didn’t like. In an insanely hot market, she worked patiently with me to find my dream home that was tailored to my specific needs. She negotiated confidently on my behalf and answered all of my pestering questions along the way. Specifically, upon inspection she negotiated seller contributing to closing costs and negotiated all lawn equipment to be left with the house. Needless to say, I have a beautiful house, with a beautiful yard, that I love pulling up to everyday. I couldn’t have done it without Tammy. I couldn’t be happier with the house. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Tammy. Through this process Tammy and her husband Dan have become friends. If ever the need arises, I wouldn’t use anyone else. Tammy MacDougall is a remarkable real estate agent. From day one she was incredibly responsive to all forms of communication including calls, e-mails, and text messages. She also diligently followed up on all matters concerning mortgage lenders, home inspection, closing attorneys, etc. She also has a vendor list of businesses she recommends to help first time homebuyers or those with no idea where to start. She helped us get our starter home prepped for sale in order to find and finance our forever home and was there every step of the way. I truly cannot say enough great things about her.

Tammy is one amazing realtor that i have personally used for multiple purchases. She is always on top of things.
