Tammy Luce was and is an excellent agent for your company. Because we were an absentee owner she worked hard for us. Unfortunately, the market didn't work for us. We had sold our house earlier after we first left Florida then unfortunately the wife passed a day before we were closing and we lost $50G. But our agent had no control over that situation.
Tammy’s market knowledge, helpful nature and professionalism made the process of selling my home in a difficult market less stressful. She was always available for my calls or texts and gave me truthful feedback.

Although we lost several listing due to a extremely hot market at the time she never wavered or lost interest in finding me my perfect home. I say perfect because in hindsight it was my home today was better suited for me and more importantly the best home when compared to all the others we saw liked and subsequently lost to "pending agreements". In closing, very happy with Tammy in all aspects from introduction to closing and even after closing offering names, companies and contact numbers for various areas of upkeep and repairs if needed which in my experience many agents if not most agents would forget and move on to their next client. Tammy worked with us for several months trying to find the right buyer for our home during a down market on homes in our area. Tammy is very responsive to getting new places that fit our criteria. She answers her phone and keeps us updated on how the process was going. She didn't mind traveling to the far reaches of Marion county, although she had not seen too much of the country. She handled our closing professionally and kept us abreast of the timeline. She is friendly and a joy to work with. She always greeted us with a warm smile.
