Tammy was amazing! We had 10 showings in 10 days and had an offer by the end of it. There were some hiccups (none on her end!) and she helped guide us through the process and kept the lines of communication open through the lender on our end, the buyers end and the other realtor. We were selling the house in Davison that she had listed and buying across the state in West Michigan. She gave us a great reference to a realtor in West Michigan and helped coordinate the closings as close as possible (only 1 day apart!) 10 out of 10 I would use her again if we can.

Tammy is Great!! We started working with Tammy in October 2018. We are a military family, and were unsure if we would be approved for a mortgage. However, Tammy was able to show us around the houses we wanted even though we weren’t pre-approved for a mortgage. As we were in a unique life situation, and couldn’t get pre-approved for a mortgage. Fast forward 6 months Tammy again stepped in to help us find our perfect home. We ended up finding a home in one of the same neighborhoods that we had looked at previously it was actually a better fit for our family. Tammy got us into the home extremely fast. Tammy was great every step of the way, even with our quite often and late night text she was able to keep us informed.
