Tammy Lord was an ABSOLUTE DELIGHT to work with. She was professional, friendly and knowledgeable as a realtor. She gave solid feedback and answered all of my questions. She was easy to get in touch with and very timely with her responses to texts. She was great at quelling my anxieties as a first time homebuyer. She even signed up to work with a program I found for educators called, so she could help me and other educators with achieving homeownership. I really would’ve given her a 4.999 if I could’ve, because I did have one critique; a few things could have been better explained regarding the final process. As a first time homebuyer, there were things I didn’t know to ask about the process. Ultimately, I am VERY SATISFIED and overall things went quite smoothly.
