Tammy is great at her job I delt with a different agent and I did not trust her but when I meet tammy I felt I was in great hands. You can tell she loves her job and and cares for her buyers and sellers. I will never use anyone else. Tammy tells you the truth. She isn't just selling you a house. She makes sure she is selling u a home you will love.
Tammy spent time with me explaining the paper work for the contract to purchase since this was my first home purchase and was patient with me as I answered questions. We talked about the different types of offers and contingencies and found what worked best for my loan. She is extremely knowledgeable and pointed things out during walk throughout of properties that I wouldn't have noticed. Very pleased with how she handled this part of the process. Tammy worked very hard and communicated well with my mortgage company to help speed along the process. Everything from The offer, contract to purchase, inspection, down to the signing she was there to take care of everything for me and it all went very smoothly. She is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Very pleased to have had Tammy as my agent, we couldn't be happier with how everything went. It was important for me to have someone who listened to my concerns and understood the process for the type of loan I was getting. (Mshda). Tammy exceeded all of my expectations and was very professional and personable. I had found properties online myself through my app before I had contacted her as an agent that I was interested in for the price range I was wanting to spent and she booked showings for me right away. Very pleased with the level of service and effort that Tammy provided. Highest remarks
Tammy made selling our home an ease. She knew the houses very well in our area and did her best to get top dollar for our home. Sold within weeks!
Tammy was extremely friendly, accessible, and knowlegable of the community i was looking at. she gave great sound advice even helped me find issues while performing walk throughs on propperties. she could tell making a home purchase was an extremely stressful experience for me and made it more comfortable and exciting. i would recommend tammy to anyone i know.
Tammy was so helpful. I literally couldn't have found the perfect house for my son and I without her. She explained everything to me without making me feel stupid. She fought for me when she felt I wasn't being treated fairly. She worked around my busy schedule to show me house. She even put up with how picky I am. In ten years when I move I'll be calling Tammy to help us again.
Tammy Long was wonderful, she responded quickly at all points in the process and made it a smooth transaction. Tammy was great to work with, very accessible and knowledgeable. She was attentive to our preferences and we really felt like she personalized this process for us with everything from the pace of the transactions to our communication preferences. She listened and responded. I would highly recommend her to others!
When we couldnt be there to let somone in the house for repair or what ever she kindly vovolunteered her services on more than one occasion. She guided us every step of the way. ..Ive already recommended tammy long to people i know or come across
Our realtor, Tammy, was our first realtor we had in mind. We heard of Jeff Glover and other big name realtors from the radio and billboards but when it came down to it, we wanted a personal realtor. Someone who we know and someone who we could trust entirely. I would without a doubt recommend Tammy as someone’s first choice for a realtor. She will do whatever it takes to find you the perfect house. Whenever and wherever that perfect house might be, she will find it. She worked around our very tight schedule to show us houses. She was very motherly to us and is just an overall great person. Thank you, Mom, from the both of us! Love you!
Tammy is awesome at her work and will bring your plans together, aswell as guide you through your next adventure.
Tammy Long is an attentive agent with your needs and interests in mind. She went above and beyond doing her job, she even did most of the selling agent's work too. I am extremely satisfied with the service I Received, and would recommend Tammy to friends and family in a heartbeat.
Tammy Long was very helpful! She was very patient, we looked for almost 6 months and toured over 25 houses and placed bids on at least 5 different homes. She encouraged me that we would find the right house for me. The house I ended up getting was my favorite so I am so thankful that it took us so long to find the right one! I will use Tammy Long whenever I decide to move again and I will recommend her to anyone and everyone!
I met Tammy Long through my Son, who told me she was in Real Estate, at the time I already had a Agent, but after meeting her I was impressed with her knowledge and friendly manner. I told my Son that I was going to attain her instead of the person I had, from then until closing day I have never been sorry for my choice. Tammy is a class act, I would recommend her to any friend or family member thinking of buying or selling a home...
