One late Thursday night in the middle of summer, I saw a house for sale and thought, "Hey, I'd like to look at this house tomorrow!" I sent an email around 10pm not expecting to hear back until the next day, however, i received an email response from Tammy within a half hour saying she would arrange a walk through the next morning with the listing agent! I thought "WOW, if I were a Realtor, this is how I would be! She is awesome! I saw the house the next day at 11am. I was not interested in that house, however, Tammy helped me find another more suitable home! Within a week, my house was listed for sale with her and under contract with the buyer - and - my offer on my new home was also accepted! She was wonderful, I couldn't be happier!
