Tammy was very good at keeping in mind the kind of house I was looking for. She also understood that I was willing to give up some things in order to get others. She was always available if needed and would send me plenty of suggestions in the areas I wanted to live in. She also did her best to steer me away from the "investor specials" which were more work that I wanted to invest in. She's a very sweet person and was happy to have her as my agent.
