Tammy is the best! I know she's busy (as we all are) and I never felt she was too busy to help me in finding what I need. I am a first time home buyer and Tammy was so helpful in answering all my questions and walking me through the process. I knew my budget but didn't know exactly what I wanted until I started looking more and I never felt any pressure from Tammy to make a decision. She was there to help the whole way through until I found what I needed and now I have a perfect place that I love. Couldn't have done it without her. I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell. She really knows her stuff!

I have purchased and sold a few houses in my life, and I have not dealt with a better realtor. She found my girlfriend and me a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. We gave her specific things we were unwilling to settle on, but she found the most amazing house. It has the space we were looking for, the number of rooms we needed, and the best part- it's about half a mile from my bonus kids dad's house so it makes co-parenting very easy for her. We also have a baby boy and the neighborhood has an assortment of families our age with younger kids for our kids to play with, and it's also within walking distance to multiple parks. Tammy did a lot of research for us on this house, gave us an idea of what to offer due to the market being super hot at the time, and the house had a lot of interest. Not only did we not lose an arm and a leg by going way above asking, but we offered what we could legit afford and they accepted! She also helped negotiate a few amendments that were reasonable to us in regards to what the old owners were wanting. She made it so that it worked in everyone's favor. She is the best.

She researched what improvements we would need to make in order to get the best bang for the buck. Tammy staged the house so perfectly that we had multiple offers by the 2nd day of listing! Based on the market value in the area, she priced my home very fair and when it came down to picking, I had 4 solid offers to choose from. She did all the research and let me know in advance what documents I would need for the purchaser to make everything go super smoothly!

Tammy was always on top of everything we needed and wanted. She showed us countless properties and was always available for any questions we had night or day. I would recommend her, specifically, to any person looking to buy or sell a property. Our experience with Tammy was stellar. I look forward to working with her again in the future for myself and my family members. Tammy is by far the most professional realtor I have ever worked with. I am forever grateful for everything she has done for my family. My daughter in her first home is loving it as are we, in our new home. I couldn't be happier. I love it!
