Tammy Jenkins is by far the best realtor in this area. If your looking for an agent that's going to go above and beyond for you, that's Tammy. I was struggling trying to find a home for our family for almost a month and Tammy did more work in 3 hours for me than what I was able to accomplish prior. She's a hard working women that will move mountains and be that shark when you need her to be. We were able to get an appraisal and inspection after 3 days of when we put in our contract. She worked with our lender and performed tasks that helped our family out tremendously. She made our checklist a reality and we couldn't be happier with the home we found. I met Tammy when my partner and I were looking for a house "walking distance to Wilton Drive" in the Wilton Manors are of Broward County. She was selling her own home in South Middle River which qualified and which I was thinking about making an offer on. A new appraisal prompted her to increase the price but she went out of her way to tell me that if I decided to buy it, she would honor the original lower price, which she was under no moral or legal obligation to do. Although I decided against purchasing her house (which sold quickly for the higher list price) her integrity convinced us to have her help us find the right house. She was professional, informed, personable and accessible. She also knew when to "push back" to keep our expectations reasonable and her advice was always right on the money. In the end she persuaded us (rightly) to expand our search to "adjacent" areas and we wound up purchasing the right home at the right price in Oakland Park. She moved within the same neighborhood and knows the area well. I would definitely recommend her.
