She sent us a handful of houses on a daily basis so I felt like I wasn’t “missing” anything. She was always very responsive and worked with both mine and my boyfriends schedules. I found a house when I seriously started looking within about a month and she was able to answer all of my questions for me. After I purchased and we were waiting on the paperwork I would call her with questions and she was able to answer them.
I contacted Tammy to get advice and the market value of a rental home I had that needed a lot of work, repairs and updating before I could sell. After getting information and advice, based on the home’s current condition, I was able to make an informed decision. I listed the home with Tammy and was able to get the home sold to an investor in its present condition without me making repairs.
Tammy gave me ideas and suggestions on how to make my condo more attractive to buyers. Using her ideas, knowledge, and recommendations I was able to update my condo fixtures, decorating it with popular paint colors that were currently the most popular. A few days after we listed the condo I accepted an offer for full asking price. That was great!

During that first interaction she also broke down the entire home buying process in a very digestible way so we had a full understanding of what we were getting ourselves into. Tammy was absolutely wonderful! From start to finish she made the home buying process as smooth as could be. Tammy was awesome through our very long and painstaking process, both as our selling and buying agent. We had very specific wants and we're probably very stubborn, but Tammy was able to help us through it all. With the help of Tammy, we found our perfect house to move in and grow. We were also able to sell our house quickly, and with ease, for more than we would have ever guessed, even with the increased values. Tammy has been wonderful. She was very explanatory every step of the way. We had a couple hiccups along the way with a lender. She worked tirelessly to help make it less stressful for us. She made sure she checked in with us and lender(our lender situation) a few times week. She kept in contact with the listing agent weekly. And any questions we had, she answered right away or if she wasn't sure, she figured it out right and let us know. I would highly highly recommend her. Our situation was an uncommon circumstance and she did an amazing riding through it with us.
