We purchased our home in June of 2016. The process started around two months earlier. Every Thursday we would check many web sites to look for any and all new listings that met our price range and our needs. I would text these addresses to Tammy as I found them. Tammy would also look on the MLS to find more. She would arrange times with these addresses and we would bolt out on a mission to find us a home. After placing five contracts on different properties, all being out bid we finally found our home. The sixth and final house is our dream home! We are so happy here. Barely a day goes by that we are not thankful we lost out on the contracts that we did. It was hard and disappointing at times but we made it through, thanks to Tammy and always being so very encouraging. We would lose a bid and Tammy would be right back out there looking again! Thanks again Tammy you truly are amazing!
