I have found that the variety of experience gained throughout my life has prepared me perfectly for a career in Real Estate. While raising my family I worked as an accounting and tax professional in various industries and settings including my own practice. I also assisted my husband in his plumbing contracting business for over 20 years. In the early 2000’s I was offered a position in the mortgage industry working as a mortgage loan officer and processor. I knew then that I loved the real estate industry. In 2011, when my husband and I became empty nesters we decided to do some traveling. I became an independent catastrophic insurance adjuster and we traveled all over the country while I inspected homes and assisted homeowners with their insurance claims due to various types of weather damage including hail, wind, flood and hurricanes. I love everything about being a REALTOR and acquiring and managing multi-family assets. I pride myself on helping clients to thoroughly understand the process of buying or selling. My goal is to provide immeasurable value and build lasting relationships with my clients and team members.

What a great experience!

Tammy's market knowledge and experience resulted in us selling for far more than our Asking Price and we had multiple offers to review. Our home was listed on a Saturday morning, and we were signing selling papers Monday night. Tammy did a great job communicating with us via text/email/phone keeping us updated on all inspections, and necessary forms. She also helped put us in touch with professional help sprucing up our front and back yards. Very helpful. She answered phone calls and text messages very quickly. She is an absolute professional. We bought the same house with her a few years before, and are very glad we went with her again for our next buying/selling adventure. I would highly recommend her to anybody. 5 stars!
