Tammy is all the things I could’ve asked and more— went above and beyond. Friendly, approachable, accommodating, and gets the job done. Great easy straightforward communication. She puts her clients first and isn’t aggressive or pushy towards them, in negotiations she operates with high integrity and respect towards everyone while getting the job done for her clients. We had a family emergency and were away for the entire process, and Tammy amazingly took care of everything for us from initial photos to closing; she even shopped for missing carbon monoxide detectors and took care of a mouse that moved into the cabinets. That’s just some of what she did. She only knew one of us from showing us a home weeks earlier as a buyers agent, and she even suggested us a great lawyer at that time because we chose to go with a different home… when we then called her out of the blue weeks later to help us with a different sale, she had it listed within days and we were in contract and sold by our target date. You won’t regret working with Tammy.
