After a long arduous two years of having my house under another realtor I finally saw sense and changed realtor. Tammy Farmer was incredible from the very beginning not only in advertising and showing the house but in the advice she gave me, the support when I was both at the house and out of state or country, locating and organizing local tradesman to maintain, upkeep and prepare the house. This lady is a true gem and I would recommend her to everyone. If you want a polite, courteous, knowledgeable, amenable, professional, five star realtor then please look no further than this lady. She said she could sell my house in six month and she did, at the top price for the market.

She's the best of the best. She's constantly on top of things and always one step ahead. Anytime regardless of time of day, she worked around my work schedule to make sure all my questions were answered and all my needs were fulfilled.
